In 1980 Pietro Negra and Cristina Rubini open at Fidenza  to Cris Conf , maker of some fashion labels. At the end of the eighties, they decided to launch directly into the clothing market by founding the Pinko brand, whose production focuses on ready-to-wear destined for young audiences. In the nineties, the Pinko brand was launched on the women's prêt-à-porter market, not only for young people but addressing its garments also to older women, at the same time abandoning the concept of "flash" collections and focusing on coordinated proposals, to make the brand Pinko most distinguishable on the market.

A No Season fashion brand, which is not tied to any particular trend and in this characteristic it manages to give the best of itself. It offers ultra-feminine collections, with a couture soul and an international flavor, always paying particular attention to the glamorous details, which embellish each garment, from leather to studs, from sequins to golden braids, from pop writings to animal prints, going as far as the underground world. The bold color combinations harmonize with style in the mix & match volumes and materials: tulle, jersey, cotton poplin, jacquard, cashmere, silk georgette, crêpe de chine, rébrodé lace, Broderie Anglaise, technical fabrics, sweatshirts. The oversized fit of maxi pullovers or unstructured outerwear goes well with slim dresses with clean and essential lines. 

Special projects and capsule collections developed in collaboration with some of the most interesting designers and stylists on the international scene - such as Mark Fast, Alessandra Facchinetti, Marina Spadafora, Viviana Volpicella, and Nicola Brognano - testify to an ever dynamic and attentive approach to creative talent.
