Due to COVID-19, we will sterilize products and packaging, you can rest assured to purchase orders.

PAYMENT

Once your order has been authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Once the payment has been verified, the order cannot be canceled or modified within this time.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING

Betshias is committed to an environmentally friendly shopping experience. For this reason, all our shipments are shipped in ecological packaging (biodegradable packaging) and paper packs. Any plastic packaging used is recyclable.

 

 

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND VAT

(Please note that VAT is not currently charged on our products.) Customs and import duties (if any) are charged once the package reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise in advance what the costs will be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for ongoing charges.
If your products are returned to us due to non-delivery, wrong address, no one available to sign and/or collect your products, you will be charged for the return costs
No refunds will be issued for goods that have been shipped and returned to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign and/or collect the products.

LOST AND STOLEN ITEMS
We take no responsibility for items lost or stolen after delivery.
